I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don’t accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
You can return any item back to us within 7 days of receipt for a refund of that item or exchange it for a different size or colour provided the item is in its original, unused condition with all labels still attached. All returned items will be inspected on return and we reserve the right to decline a refund if the items are deemed to be soiled, damaged or in a condition that makes them not fit for re-sale. This does not affect your statutory rights. We will not refund delivery charges unless the items you are returning are faulty or have been sent incorrectly. We will not issue refunds for items that have been damaged by wrongful usage or improper handling.

Please note, we strongly advise that you use a registered mail service or a courier to return items. Proof of postage is not proof of return. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods reach us in their original condition in time for your refund to be processed.
